Do yoursef a favor and go see actor/comedian Colin Quinn in his one-man show: The New York Story at the famed Cherry Lane Theatre in The Village. The venue is perfect for Quinn's show because it provides an intimacy that makes you feel like Colin Quinn is regaling only you with his thoughts on New York City: how it came to be, where it is now, and where it's going. With razor sharp insights on the people, prejudices, and behaviors of NYC and a pace that feels New York "right", Quinn will have you laughing and thinking from one moment to the next. Whether you grew up in New York City or not, he paints pictures that allow you to relate to the stories and observations he conveys. The New York Story, nicely directed by Jerry Seinfeld is a great way to spen 90 New York minutes of your life. My advice? Do so, before it coses on January 31st.
